Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any other purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking fees:
No restocking fees.
Return method:
by mail. After you request a return, if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return label:
After you request a return, if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
- For defective products – If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
- Due to customer withdrawal – If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
Refunds
We refund for personal care and supplements purchases made on our site if the item has not been shipped to you.
To be eligible for a refund for personal care and supplements purchases, you need to notify us via email info@optimumglow.co.za of your request for a refund within 12 hours of effecting payment.
For any other purchases in your possession, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or by EFT
You will receive the credit within a within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Product damage
We have a 30-day return policy. In case of receipt of broken/damaged product, the customer service team needs to be notified as soon as the product is received in case there is a problem. Post the stipulated deadlines, the team will not be able to honor any exchanges.
Incomplete Product / Partial Product / Damaged External Packaging / Used Product / Wrong Product
In the above-mentioned cases, please place the order after receiving the product, also attach the pictures and video of the outer packaging and inner packaging with the product on all sides, it helps us to solve the problem.
In case you have thrown away the boxes in these cases, we cannot help you.
